State Privacy Rights
Last updated: 2026-08-01
Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and of other US states with comprehensive privacy laws (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and others) are entitled to disclosures beyond those in our Privacy Policy. This notice provides them.
Your Control
You may request access to the personal information we hold, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Some states also allow you to appeal a refusal. Exercising any of this will not get you worse service, higher prices, or reduced access — discrimination for using these rights is prohibited and we do not do it.
Data Categories Involved
The categories that apply here are identifiers (IP address, cookie and device identifiers), internet or network activity (pages viewed on satincabinet.com, referring pages, timestamps), and, only where you have provided it, contact information such as an email address. Sources are your own device and any analytics or advertising partner in use.
Sale or Sharing
No personal information is exchanged for money. But where advertising runs on this site, cookie and device identifiers may go to advertising partners, and the broad statutory definitions of ‘sale’ and ‘sharing’ can capture that. It is opt-out-able — see Do Not Sell or Share My Information. We do not knowingly sell or share data belonging to minors under 16.
How to Get in Touch About This
Two routes. For an opt-out: turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, which we honour automatically. For anything else — access, correction, deletion, portability — email hello@satincabinet.com. Verification is by reply to the originating address, responses come within the time state law sets, and an authorised agent may submit on your behalf with written permission.
